A Modern Bluewater Quay Engagement Session | Mackay, QLD

I have always wanted to photograph more engagements sessions in Mackay City.  Meeting Joanna & Nic there was perfect even though the forecast mentioned thunderstorms.  We started at the historic Post Office as it provided shelter should the forecast be correct. Amazingly the rain held off and we headed over to the Bluewater Quay for the rest of their engagement session.

I loved spending time with these two and getting to know them better.  Having already had the opportunity to photograph their intimate engagement party, I am starting to feel like an un-official bridesmaid especially when Joanna secretly shared a picture of her *stunning* gown with me.

I can’t wait to celebrate these two in a couple of months at this gorgeous venue in Airlie Beach! Enjoy their engagement portraits!!
