Heidi Powell Branding Photoshoot in 30A Florida
If you’ve followed Heidi Powell for any length of time, you already know she’s an absolute powerhouse – a mum, entrepreneur, fitness expert, podcast host, and all-around inspiration. So when I had the opportunity to photograph her during Erica and Jon’s 2025 Fall Photography Retreat in Inlet Beach, Florida, it was a full-circle moment I’ll never forget. This all-day branding session took place in a stunning mansion-like beach house on the iconic 30A, and every minute of it was a complete vibe. Every location, every outfit, every vibe was planned to perfection thanks to Erica and Jon’s thoughtful retreat layout.
A Full Day of Looks, Laughter & Light
We started our morning in the kitchen, where Heidi prepped healthy, nutritious breakfast. The space was huge and filled with gorgeous natural light – perfect for capturing her relaxed energy. There was so much laughter in that room! It felt less like a photoshoot and more like hanging out with a friend who just happens to be an inspiring wellness icon.
Next came a feminine floral dress paired with a white blazer, styled in the softest window light. The results were dreamy, warm, and totally authentic, just like Heidi. From there, we shifted into a sleek white power suit, capturing her strong, focused businesswoman energy. She owned every frame.
One of my favourite looks was a bold, two-tone shorts suit, a vibrant, punchy, and perfect for confident, modern headshots. Later in the day, we moved to create imagery for her podcast, Heidi’s Lane. She laughed, posed with a mic, and let her fun-loving personality shine. These shots are some of my favourites because they really capture the “real her.”
We wrapped up the day down at Inlet Beach, where Heidi changed into a cozy knit top and distressed denim shorts. She ran barefoot along the sand, glowing in the golden light of the setting sun. The final set featured her in blue workout attire, posing in various strength and movement sequences that tied everything back to her fitness roots and the Show Up app.
A New Era of Heidi Powell
This session was more than just photos. It was a celebration of a new chapter – a few years in the making. Heidi has walked through personal transformations, and this photoshoot was all about capturing the next version of her: a proud mum, thriving entrepreneur, and confident, healthy woman.
Everything from the neutral tones to the soft natural light and beachy setting worked together to tell this story visually. It was such an honour to be in her space, documenting her journey, and co-creating a gallery that reflects so many sides of her life.
