Working with Saint Odette in Mackay was such a joy! As a kids fashion photographer in Australia, I loved capturing their brand-new spring collection, “Oh My Days,” in the lush, green setting of Queens Park, Mackay.
Queens Park is one of my favourite outdoor spots for shoots in Mackay. The mix of natural light, open green spaces, and floral backdrops gives product photos a fresh and timeless look. For Saint Odette’s spring collection, the sunny day added the soft, warm tones we needed to bring their brand vision to life.
The “Oh My Days” collection is all about versatility. These pieces are designed to move seamlessly from playtime to parties, from shopping trips to family lunches. Every design feels unique and classic, with a mix of clothing, shoes, and accessories made with so much thought and detail. The diversity of models wearing the collection made the session even more inspiring – each look felt fresh, fun, and completely wearable for every little girl.
What I loved most about this shoot was seeing the girls genuinely enjoy themselves. They weren’t just modelling; they were playing, exploring, and showing how beautifully these clothes move in real life. The natural smiles, twirls, and laughter made every frame feel authentic and full of personality. This is exactly what makes product photography in Mackay so special – telling a story that feels alive.
High-quality product photos don’t just showcase clothing – they showcase lifestyle, brand values, and personality. For Saint Odette, this spring collection needed to feel effortless yet stylish, playful yet polished. Photographing in Queens Park gave us the chance to highlight all those elements while keeping the images natural and engaging for their audience.
