Jumping off the corporate train earlier this year to give photography my full attention, I have been amazed by the beautiful families I have met this year. Even more blown away to photograph not one but two intimate weddings this year!
Brad and Jackie have proven that love conquers a pandemic. Although they were meant for a 2021 wedding, with so many loved ones abroad and the uncertainty of travel restrictions, plans were fast tracked for an almost surprise wedding! Yes, you can’t get married without Grandma! Most of the family were to make their way up to the Whitsunday Coast for this intimate wedding.
The beautiful family farm with cattle, cane and and rolling hills made for a gorgeous backdrop. I have been hearing stories of Jackie collecting furniture for a while, and it was so lovely to see her vision come together. Set under a massive tree canopy, chairs, lounges, buffets – the perfect tree fortress for a laidback and incredibly happy wedding.
