If we are able to put ourselves first and introduce regular yoga practice we can boost energy levels and be better a person for those who rely on us.

About Yoga Fix Mackay

Affectionately know as the loft, you’ll a yoga oasis that is a warm and welcoming space.  Perfect for beginners and advance you will find a team of dedicated yoga and pilate teachers ready to guide you through better health.  Yoga improves mental clarity and focus, stress reduction, increased energy and vitality.  Your teacher will break down moves to help you achieve the best affect for you body.

Being a beginner at anything is daunting, but we all start somewhere. There are beginner classes to help get safe, basic and yoga foundations.

• Hot Power Yoga
• Strong Power
• Long Slow Flow
• Pilates Matwork
• Wind Down Yoga

Classes run weekday mornings from 5:30am Monday to Friday, with afternoon and evening classes from 4:30pm and 5:45pm. Saturday classes start at 7am and Sunday at 8am. You can book your classes online.

Pricing

For beginners (new clients), Yoga Fix Mackay has a 2 Week Newbie Special of $45 for unlimited classes!  Casual class passes begin from $22.00, and a pack of 10 is $180.  Unlimited 1 month paid in full are $110 and are available in 2 ($220),3 ($330) and 6 ($660) month passes.  You can also join the direct debit membership for $99 a have access to unlimited yoga in including the virtual classes.  FPP members are also welcome
