About House of She

Two best friends from high school, Kat and Cait are to there to connect, support and empower women in the community.  Both local to Mackay the ladies have spent time travelling and living away, before the universe pulling them back together to breathe life into a much-dreamt dream, House Of She.  With their own individual experiences they are passionate about connecting with Mackay women on a deeper level, exploring relations with spirituality.

Offerings

• Yoga: Immerse yourself in a nourishing yoga class led by experience instructors. Explore various 1:1 yoga including pregnancy yoga and post natal yoga. Couples yoga and physio/yoga combo. Rates vary from $75/hr to $90/hr. Group vinyasa flow yoga classes for one hour is $20.
• Massage: for you, pregnancy massage and post natal massages are perfect ways to take time out for yourself. Massages reduce stress, improve sleep, calms the nervous system and overall relax.  Massages are $99 per hour.
• Human Design: gain insight into your personality, helping you navigate life in alignment with your true nature and purpose.  Appointments are via zoom with options of face to face in Mackay CBD.  Readings start from $166, with deeper readings and follow up appointments available.
• Ceremony: Sacred and powerful, a beautiful way to celebrate, offer gratitude, gather community, and seek guidance. Mother Blessing to honour a mother’s pregnancy and journey into motherhood. Baby Blessing to celebrate and bless your precious baby. Fee vary from $400-$600 depending on the size and complexity of your ceremony.
