Powercore pilates is family owned studio and Mackay’s original pilates boutique.  Each class is adapted to the individual as no two bodies are alike. With small class sizes you could be forgiven thinking you are having a 1:1 class. Quoted by Bianca once: it takes 10 sessions feel different, 20 see a difference, and 30 for a new body. Prices for pilates reformer casual classes are $30 for 55min. Core Defined Pilates

From beginners to advance, the Core Defined Studio’s equipment adjust to suit your level of flexibility and strength. Equipment includes Reformer, Cadilac Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel.  You’ll find the perfect membership and passes to suit your needs with casual classes starting from $15 and equipment classes starting from $24.
