Friday 25 & Saturday 26 October 2024 at Mackay Showgrounds

Free entry with gates open: 5:30pm – 8:45pm. Kicking off the Christmas season is Mackay West Rotary who is a dedicated community service organisation, and all funds raised go towards supporting local charities. Santa will be there and available for photos, finishing the night with fireworks at 8:30pm

St Johns Parish Christmas Fair – Walkerston

Saturday 2nd November 2024 at Church & School Grounds, Creek Street, Walkerston

Come along for an enjoyable family night out with gates opening at 6 p.m. Delicious food and drinks, raffles, children’s rides and a visit from Santa!

St Michael’s Christmas Fair – Sarina

Saturday 9 November 2024 from 5pm at St Anne’s Catholic Primary School, Range Road Sarina

Join in for a fun night out – all welcome! Hot food, snacks and drinks available to purchase on the night with a cent sale, major raffle, ham wheel, stalls, children’s show bags, music by John Rawlins and more….

Victoria Park State School P&C Christmas Fair – East Mackay

Saturday 9 Nov 2024 at Victoria Park State School – Hague St & Shakespeare St, Mackay QLD

Kicking off at 4pm with student performances, rides and amusements, food trucks, market stalls, ham wheel, mini cent sale, raffle, dunk tank and bar.

Book your pre-sale unlimited ride pass here for $35 by 8 November. Regular ticket price is $40.

Mackay Twilight 2-Night MEGA Christmas Market

Friday 15th Nov, 5pm-8:30 & Saturday 16th of November 4pm-8:30pm. Mackay Showgrounds

Thursday 28 November from 5pm-7pm + Saturday 14 December from 12pm-2pm.

Take the stress out of the annual Santa photos with free Santa photos for all at Magpies. The big man himself will be there on two dates: 5-7pm Thursday 28th November and 12-2pm Saturday 14th December. Capture all the magical memories on your camera or phone. The Mackay Aeroclub revived Christmas Santa fly-in is back again and ticket information will be revealed soon – follow Mackay Aero Club

Santa will be flying in, jumping castles and kids activities will be in full swing and parents will be asked to place a gift under the Aeroclub Christmas tree for their child.

Habana Carols Under The Stars

Saturday 21 December, 7 pm – Habana

One of the best outdoor carols in all of Mackay. Bring your chair, blanket, snacks, mozzie repellent, singing voices and friends to have some fun and get into the festive mood. Santa is sure to make an appearance!
This is a FREE FAMILY EVENT (wheelchair accessible) organised by the Habana & Districts Progress Association. Supported by Mackay Regional Council’s Christmas Grants. Please note, this is a 100% free night, there are no food or market stall vendors onsite.
